As the recent news about the COVID-19 Spread has stunned a lot of people, as the WHO has announced it as the asymptomatic and Airborne. Aditya being cautious about such a situation has to give some advice from his side.

But before that let’s know about Aditya. Aditya Belnekar, one of the top youngest entrepreneur, digital marketing professional, software innovator, and specifically the President of the South Mumbai Crime Prevention Department. At this age of 24, he is able to establish one of the leading marketing company TEAMWIZARDMEDIA in the digital sphere which is running successfully from the last five years. He is also among the top internet marketing influencers in the country.

Doing business online is not his restricted area of interest, he also works for different NGOs, includes himself in certain groups that work for the upliftment of the society. Be it education or helping society in various ways, Aditya has always come forward to do it. One set example of him doing something on his level for the society was his appreciating step towards helping poor and needy ones by providing them food packs and basic sanitation necessities required in this current pandemic. Indeed these qualities made him stand out of the crowd and proven of his huge fan following.
On a talk with him, he speaks up about how to take good care of yourself at home by following a healthy lifestyle he says that:

“Staying home is the best option today but while staying home how we are neglecting our health? How we can maintain a healthy lifestyle which will help you to boost your immunity. Keeping a consistent schedule because when you create and stick to a schedule, then you can plan your day out well and increase your productivity too. Also, set up a designated workspace at home, and don’t forget to take breaks in your schedule”

He also says that Sticking to a healthy workout routine will help you create a healthy lifestyle for yourself. Having a consistent workout routine is not only good for your body but your mind as well.

He also says that whatever measures the government and officials are taking is worth praising but being a responsible social human being it’s our responsibility well to work the best on our end. Here take a look at what he suggests to do and not to do to protect ourselves from COVID-19.

○Things that one should do:

Wash your hands frequently for more than 20 seconds with soap, handwash and water because it will prevent the spread of the virus. Stay at home and limit contact with others
Routinely clean frequently touched spaces in your home. Cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough and avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. Seek medical help if you’re suffering from a fever, cough or difficulty breathing or you can dial at the helpline number provided by the government and various hospitals. Limit contact with pets and animals because it can lead you to came in contact with virus and you never know how you get infected after taking such precautions. Drink healthy juice and eat home-made healthy vegetables because that will help your immunity to stay strong and the chances to get infected will decrease automatically.

○Things one should avoid to stay healthy

Make sure you take the precautions to avoid doing each of these things to help prevent the spread of the disease. Don’t go to crowded areas because it violate the norms of social distancing which is crucial to maintain at this point of time. Don’t touch your face because by doing so you can come in contact with the germs that can affect you badly. Don’t be in close contact with others especially with those who are having few symptoms like, cough, cold and fever that will lead to the infection. Don’t ignore symptoms because once you ignore them you are automatically detaining each and every aspect of yours.

He also suggests that acknowledge to COVID-19 symptoms because that’s vital. If you feel that you are coming down with the COVID-19 virus, then visit your medical care expert immediately. This includes calling your doctor immediately so that you can start talking to them about the next steps. This virus has strained hospital resources so it’s always best to get directions for a primary medical professional rather than rushing to the emergency room.
