EMISAT (Electromagnetic Intelligence-gathering Satellite) is an Indian spy satellite under the Kautilya project of DEFENCE RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ORGANISATION (DRDO). This spacecraft will help the Indian Army by providing information and location of the enemy’s radars.

the satellite was successfully placed in the intended sun-synchronous polar orbit by PSLV-C45 on 01 April 2019.
