Sector 20 police have filed a FIR against a Pakistani woman. she was alleged of not following the proper rules.

she was staying in the Indian capital on a long term visa. 36 year old married women was residing since 2005. she was staying at Ajmeri gate home in Delhi.

according to the visa rules. she was not allowed to make movements outside the capital state. which the lady has allegedly violated.

she along with her relatives in a mini bus went on a picnic. at Noida the police inspected them.

where it was found that she had violated the rules by moving out of Delhi. other relatives were also inspected.

their vehicle was stopped at Noida sector 14A under the flyover.

she is now been taken into custody, under section 14 of foreigners act 1946.
