Woman kills own disabled son and later suicides

A 36-year-old woman killed her 19-year-old son with disability. After that she suicided. Her husband had earlier tested positive for Covid-19 and died. This incident from Howrah, West Bengal

The 45-year-old man was suffering from fever over the past one week. On Saturday, he was rushed hospital. Howeve his condition deteriorated.He complained of severe breathing trouble. The police stated.

He died a few hours later. After death it was known he was affected by Covid-19. The reports came and he tested positive.

The woman and his son allowed to have a look at the man’s body from a distance. After that the woman and her son locked themselves in their house. Later the women’s father sent food for them. No response from them.The neighbours informed. They broke the window and found that the woman had hanged herself. The son lying on the floor. The police soon informed.

She had probably strangled her son before killing herself. They are waiting for the autopsy report.

The man was an employee at a private company. And the woman was a housewife.She couldn’t take in the shock. So she allegedly killed her son and committed suicide.
