Are you tormented by constant worries and anxious thoughts? Here are a few tips to stay positive and calm.

  • Schedule some worry time
Allocate a few minutes of your day to worry.Make sure you push away you worries during the rest of your day. This helps free up our mind to focus on more productive things.
  • Talk it out
When you keep things to yourself, you tend to worry more.Talk to you family or friends about a problem that is plaguing you. Refresh yourself by sharing your sorrow with someone.
  • Write down your worries
Spend a few minutes writing down about all you worries. Analyze the solvable and unsolvable worries. Think of ways to end the sorrow.
  • Keep yourself engaged
Do things you like.Keeping yourself engaged all the time can help you push aside you worries.
  • Stay positive
Move away from negative thoughts. Keep your mind refreshed and always be optimistic. Everything happens for a reason.Pain surely does end.

I have also worried for little and major things.I am no stranger to it.There is basically no positive effect we get due to worrying. Then why worry.? Stay happy and positive. Worrying is just a water of time.It doesn’t take away tomorrow’s troubles, but it robs today’s peace. Enjoy each moment and always live in the present!!!
