Former president Pranab Mukherjee still on ventilator.

The former president of India , Pranab Mukherjee is still on the ventilator support. This has been updated by the hospital authority. The officials said that his vitals are stable and he is under surveillance of the experts.

The hospital said in a statement “The condition of Pranab Mukherjee remains unchanged this morning. He continues to be on ventilatory support. His vital and clinical parameters remain stable and are being closely monitored by a team of specialists” .

His daughter sharmistha said that his situation is still critical but has not worsened in past days. Earlier she also refuted the rumours about his father’s health. Mukherjee , 84 was admitted to the army research and referral hospital as he was in an emergency for a brain surgery. Later he tested positive for covid-19.
