The vice-chancellor of Jawahar nehru university , Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar has revealed his statement regarding the conduction of NEET and JEE exams. He said that the exams should be conducted as per it was planned in September because this may increase the further increased anxiety among the students who are going to appear . The comment has been come due to the prevailing discussion done about the postponing of two crucial exams in view of the rise in COVID-19 cases.
“Both JEE and NEET should be held as planned in September. This is not the right time to create further anxiety in students’ minds by insisting on postponement of these exams. Even the Supreme Court has said that ‘life must go on’ and students ‘cannot waste a whole year’,” VC twitted on his tweeter.
